Silver City is a neat old mining town about two hours SW of Boise.
Common approach is up the “Silver City Road,” but the adventurous will want to try one of the many trails in the area. Check out the Hemingway Butte and Rabbit Creek trailheads for alternative routes. Be warned… some of the trails in this area are technical, ranging from mild to very difficult.
